Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — 14-day free trial on every paid plan, no credit card required. The trial unlocks Unlimited-tier features (so you actually see what you're paying for, not a watered-down preview).
What happens when I hit the invoice / turnover cap?
Your account doesn't lock; you get a soft alert as you approach the cap and a prompt to upgrade. Invoices created after the cap stay drafts until you either bump the plan or wait for the next month / financial year boundary.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, any time, from settings. On a quarterly / yearly plan we pro-rate the remaining cycle as account credit usable against future invoices.
How do GST and tax invoices work for the subscription itself?
We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment with your registered GSTIN. Input tax credit on the 18% GST you pay us is fully claimable.
Do add-ons stack across cycles?
Add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your plan — if you're on Yearly, add-ons are also yearly. Stop / resume any time; we pro-rate.
