Our Story

InDhanPay was founded in 2023 by Utkarsh Jyotishi at SGSITS, Indore — driven by a firsthand understanding of how India's 85,000+ fuel stations still operate on pen-and-paper systems. Sales reconciliation — tracking how much was sold, collected, and by whom — consumes 4+ hours daily. B2B credit lines worth lakhs are managed in paper registers with no structured follow-ups.

Starting from the SGSITS Incubation Forum and later backed by IIT Indore's DRISHTI program, Utkarsh built a complete fuel retail operating system — from real-time reconciliation and smart POS to shift management and digital invoicing. Today, InDhanPay is India's leading fuel retail automation platform purpose-built for the fuel retail industry, serving both independent retailers and OMC networks.
